Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar storage used on jottle.co.uk and in the Jottle app. Jottle is operated by Jottle Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17254701, registered office 9 Vauxhall Road, Canterbury, England, CT1 1YZ). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

The short version

We advertise Jottle on Facebook and Instagram. If you say yes, our website loads the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that someone who saw or clicked one of our ads visited the site, and whether they went on to start a free trial. That lets us see which ads are worth paying for and stop the ones that are not.

Name Set by What it does How long it lasts
_fbp Meta Recognises your browser across visits so ad results can be counted 90 days
_fbc Meta Only set when you arrive by clicking one of our ads; records that click 90 days

With your yes, Meta receives the page you looked at, your browser and device details, your IP address and the time, plus a "started a free trial" signal if you sign up. We do not send Meta your name, email address, or anything about your quotes, invoices or customers.

Meta uses this data under its own terms as well as ours; for that part Meta is responsible for how it handles it. You can read how in Meta's Privacy Policy and change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Changing your mind
